Triumphal Entry

March 29, 2026

On Palm Sunday, Jesus enters Jerusalem not as a conquering king on a warhorse, but as a humble King riding on a donkey—fulfilling prophecy and redefining victory. The crowds cry “Hosanna!” celebrating the Savior they expected, yet many miss the Savior they truly needed. This message invites us to examine our own expectations of Jesus: Do we welcome Him as King only when He meets our desires, or do we surrender to Him as Lord of all? The Triumphal Entry challenges us to move from shallow praise to genuine allegiance, recognizing that the true victory of Christ comes not through force, but through the cross.
